Monlit Sanctuary

Image
Some places are so much fun you can't help but return time and time again. Monlit Sanctuary is one of those spots. I love when they grabbed our hands as if to say, you're not going anywhere . great shot captured by Jan I have to mention a couple of things about the end of this video.  I double & tripled dog dared these guys to feed the emus.  Oh how I laughed as one by one they all found out it didn't hurt but these huge birds weren't gentle either.   Also, Monty is the bird at the end.  When Ryan initially walked past him he said, "H i Cocky " after that all we could get out of him was, " What's the matter? " along with a crazy dance.  Either way he gave us yet another reason to laugh. Good Times!

Great Ocean Road Trip Day 2 Morning Fun When camping I usually wake up a million times during the night cold and uncomfortable.  Not on this trip.  I was absolutely comfortable.  I did wake up a few times by the growl of koalas but was quickly lulled back to sleep by the ocean sounds and snores of my slumbering family. After a beautiful nights sleep Fiona and I crossed the road to the beach.   We greeted the sun as we played and took her annual dress photographs. The Koalas within the park and along Grey River Road were amazing.  They were everywhere. What an incredible creature. They make the strangest sound.   The kids made friends with a little English girl who described it well.   She said "they sound like a lion eating a pig."

In total E.B. left 9 clues finding some loot in the dryer  The found the last of their goodies in the chicken pen. Wishing you peace, love and happiness on Easter and always, The Woodlands
