Little Brother or Little Sister?

Yesterday we had our BIG ultrasound.

The tech wrote the gender on a card and put it in a sealed envelope.

We brought it and a box to a balloon shop with instructions to fill it with either pink or blue balloons depending on the sex of our little one.

We grabbed the kids out of school early so we could all find out together.

Finally we set up a video camera and my camera for still shots to capture the big reveal.

They both failed!

What can you do?  Such is life.

The five stars on the box represent the five of us.

They're in shape of the southern cross constellation,

 representing where this baby was dreamed up, conceived and grown.

More importantly our little bub is looking so healthy.

The tech was extremely thorough.

We are so grateful to have this little miracle!
