RULE # 102 Take vacations go as many places as you can YOU CAN ALWAYS MAKE MONEY  YOU CAN'T ALWAYS MAKE MEMORIES Long ago, when I first started this blog, I envisioned it as a space to leave words of advice to my little ones. one of my goals for 2015 is to do this more often. :)

Before settling down for a warm summer nap I snapped a couple of pictures of my three kids in their caps. 3 kids... I still can't believe how lucky we are. Or how much can change in a year... Last year on Christmas Eve Clayton and I had a doctor appointment. Five days later he joined us. Our Christmas this year was brilliant!  I just downloaded all our holiday pictures from my camera so I'll be catching up with some of them soon. xo

Tonight was a beach night and of course we snapped a few pictures but they're still on my camera.  It did remind me of a time back in October when we brought the kids to the beach after school.  I never did post all the pictures from that night... These kids ADORE their dad and who can blame them.  He's the complete package. 

The third day of our Tasmania trip was a rainy one.  It was also a travel day, we packed up camp and headed to Bay of Fires on the east coast of the Island. Along the way we stopped at Marakoopa caves which ended up being on of the highlights of the trip for me.  We saw all these beautiful fields of flowers throughout our travels...  It didn't take long before we realized they were poppy plants. Tasmania is the world's largest producer of opium for the pharmaceutical market.  I've been in caves before but nothing like this.  There are rivers and glow worms galore down there- truly an amazing sight.  No picture could ever come close to depicting its beauty.  "The most precious jewels you'll ever have around your neck are the arms of your children."  We took another pit stop in a quaint town where bought some honey, fudge and ice cream.
