{Father's Day}
Last Sunday was Father's Day here in OZ.
I did my best to let Ryan sleep in as long as I could
but the kids were so darn excited to give him gifts...
Fiona had a basket of goods waiting for him.
The school had a Father's Day Stall on Friday giving all the kids a chance to buy gifts for the #1 man in their lives.
Fiona bought Ryan a sweet tyre clock.
She spent a ton of time making the wrapping paper for it.
She also bought him a bag with a pen and lollies.
The thing about children is they can't just go out and buy gifts due to their lack of funds.
Still they want to give so they give their own stuff away.
A perfect example, Fiona gave Ryan her necklace, teddy bear and a my little pony.
Proving, yet again, how much she loves him.
Reed scored an awesome Boston Red Sox hat for Ryan at the school stall.
What luck to find one here in Australia!
He was so excited, "Our whole family goes for them!" (an Aussie Sox fan)
This little boy without a doubt loves his dad something fierce.
Everyday after school he counts the hours until Ryan gets home.
And when he does we all talk his ear off. He's so patient with us.
Reed also made a coupon for Ryan to get a zombie video game.
Clay gave him a hip new rock climbing shirt to match Fiona's.
Boy Clay looks a bit out of sorts in these pictures. He was beyond his morning nap, has a scrape on his head (a sad tale behind that one) and is at the age where he crawls off in the middle of diaper changes and all too often I'm satisfied to let him crawl around with only a few snaps snapped.
What a lucky bunch to have him in our lives!
He certainly deserves everything good that comes to him and then some.
Happy Father's Day Ry Guy... We love you to the North Star and back!
