{Tidbits}
I had no idea I was such a bird lover but they've been a extra spark of joy this week when I've looked out the window.
Truth be told I get a little giddy and call someone over to take a peek or I take a picture to show them when they get home.
Do I have a problem?
Should I join a twitcher anonymous?

The kids have dubbed the bird feeder, "The Woodland Date Spot" due to all the couples that have been showing up.
These are called Australian King Parrots.
The one with a green head is female and the one below is a male.
They're so beautiful aren't they?
These are Eastern Rosellas
This one, eating the fallen seeds, is a Spotted Dove (Turtle Dove)
and these are Rainbow Lorikeets...
On another note- The big kids had their last day of term 3 on Friday.
They are on VACATION!
It was a Free dress/Footy day which made me think to a few days ago when we were all watching The Little Rascals. Fiona said, "You know what's funny mum? They're wearing normal clothes to school." I told her in America kids often do wear normal clothes to school. Her response, "Only the fancy schools."
On Friday I started rushing them out of the house.
Thankfully at the last minute I realized it was 7.30 not 8.30.
So they had an hour to kill before we left for school.
I couldn't help but take a couple of pictures of them playing outside together.
They're really random pictures but are special to me. I imagine my two babies having a serious conversation, growing a bond that will last their entire life and my heart melts.
Don't get me wrong they fight with the best of them.

Lately they've been spending a lot less time bickering and more time in their world of imagination.
Ryan & I keep praising them up and down for it.
I'm thinking this may be a beautiful 2 week holiday for our family.

Then there's this guy...
I predict he won't take long naps for the next two weeks because he's so darn curious and doesn't want to miss a thing that his big brother and sister are doing.
Spring is in the air...
